Embarking on a new chapter of my career as a freelance consultant I bring more than two decades of experience working on sustainable food and agriculture with leading non-governmental organisations. My focus is on leveraging my knowledge, experience and network to support leading organisations and collaborations advocating for a better food system.
Formerly Executive Director of Eating Better, a coalition of 60+ NGOs including Friends of the Earth, Greenpeace and WWF, I spearheaded the campaign for a fairer, healthier, and sustainable food.
With a proven track record, I’ve advised government bodies, trade associations, major businesses and foundations including the Environmental Audit Committee, The Committee on Climate Change, the Public Sector Catering Alliance, Jordans Ryvita, M&S, John Lewis Partnership, Taylors and Harrogate, Unilever, and Oak Foundation. As an experienced public speaker I advocate for the transformation of the food system and have featured in The Times, Radio 4 Farming Today, The Grocer, New Food and many more.
My strengths lie in strategic planning, research, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, horizon scanning, foresight, and complex project management. Ready to contribute to impactful strategies and trust-based partnerships, I am committed to driving positive change in sustainable food.
